My Story
Perimenopause hit me hard in my early 40s — and it all started after living in a toxic, mold-infested home. That exposure sent my hormones crazy, leaving me with a huge list of symptoms I couldn’t make sense of at the time:ㅤ
  • Restless nights (barely sleeping 4–5 hours)
  • Exhaustion that never went away
  • Getting sick all the time
  • Brain fog so thick I could barely think straight
  • Autoimmune flares (hello, Sjogren’s)
  • Food sensitivities that came out of nowhere
  • Hives, rashes, and constant inflammation
  • And those dark under-eye circles from adrenal fatigue — ugh.
Desperate for answers, I spent thousands on acupuncture, functional medicine doctors, mold specialists, endless tests, and every supplement imaginable. Slowly, I began to heal, because I finally found an acupuncturist who specialized in hormone health — and that’s where everything started to shift.
Through that journey, I became more curious about hormones and then became certified in women’s hormone health. It was then that I learned supplements alone won’t fix your hormones. Real healing comes from changing how you live. So I made big changes, because that is what my body was craving at that point in my life.
Just when I started feeling like me again, menopause arrived. With already low hormones and the stress of the pandemic, I gained over 10 pounds — but this time, I knew what to do. I built a hormone-supportive lifestyle that brought my body back into balance, restored my energy, and helped me feel better than I had in nearly a decade.
That moment became a turning point for me. It showed me how many women are out there quietly struggling, thinking they just have to “push through” midlife on their own. I knew I couldn’t keep what I’d learned to myself. I wanted other women to feel the same relief, confidence, and sense of coming home to their bodies.
